Ocean Tug & Barge specializes in the design of ATBs for ocean and coastwise service. OTBE has provided ATB engineering support to shipyards such as Alabama Shipyard, and Halter Marine, and has performed contract design services for Mobil Oil Corp., Conoco, Reinauer Transportation, Penn Maritime, Dixie Carriers, Canada Steamship, and many other companies.
