A New Business Model for Faster Online Business Start-Up

Business education website, YaghiLabs, today released early details on a model for online start-ups to affordably begin handling large volumes of work faster and better than their established market competitors.

AMMAN, JORDAN, September 08, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- YaghiLabs today released details to their Internet Business Academy clients about a new business model they are developing, with the goal of delivering performance-based high quality, fast, and dynamic services to start-ups.

The business model, which has been in beta development within the YaghiLabs organisation since December last year is not yet available to the public.

"We begun creating this model as a solution to the headaches we faced in hiring contractors from websites like Warriorforum and Elance," says YaghiLabs Founder and CEO.

"The internet, these days, gives access to a growing work-force of freelancers and independent contractors who are more cost-effective to hire than full-time employees. But it's also riddled with inefficiency! Contractors we hired originally were unreliable; work quality was questionable; and delays were costly and embarrassing for us."

According to Yaghi, who is a Computer Scientist turned entrepreneur, their propriety business-model is based on principles of Software Design.

The 30-year-old CEO says, "I got the idea for the Micro-Business Model from Henry Ford. His factories were amongst the earliest to mass-produce complex products (engines) using a work-force of low-paid unskilled workers who performed a simple sub-task. We do something similar - an Architect (efficiency specialist) identifies repetitive tasks in the operations of any business and modularises them so that they are performed in isolation. This allows us to use a large force of semi-skilled labourers supervised by a task expert - to deliver high quality work, in volume, and FAST."

YaghiLabs' Micro-Business model turns complex tasks like marketing, copywriting, creativity, payroll, and even management into self-contained "mini" businesses. Small budget startup businesses, can "plug-in" to any operation they need instead of creating in-house departments of their own.

The business-model enables start-ups who are typically under-financed to outsource all their operations without laying down large hourly fees or salaries. Startups can simulate having large departments typically found in corporations, without the associted costs.

"We are excited about how services are paid for," says Yaghi. Each micro-business needed for operation becomes a shareholder in all the organisations it works for. Rather than bill hourly, which is how outsourcing is traditionally done, Micro-Businesses agree to be paid only a percentage of revenue, based on how much income the operation helps generate."

The model is still in development, according to Dwayne Huggins, manager of Creative operations.

"It's amazing to be a part of this! We've taken a collaborative approach with our current students in developing the model. We help them learn critical online business management skills and in turn they help us work out the bugs in our approach."

YaghiLabs offers the opportunity to become involved in the development of the model for free. But only to students of their Internet Business Academy course.
