Hunt. The CSS Consortium was established to assist carriers in complying with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations 49 CFR Part 382.

Consortium services include annual certification, random selection and notification, certified drug testing laboratories, a Medical Review Officer, and semi-annual summary reports.
