Josh Cote Attends Clay Pigeon Shoot for Charity

Entrepreneur Josh Cote attended the 2011 Pangbourne Clay Pigeon Shoot to raise money for The British Red Cross.



    LONDON, ENGLAND, November 09, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Royal Berkshire Shooting School played host to a fundraising event for The British Red Cross where businesses or individuals could sponsor or participate in a clay pigeon shoot. Entrepreneur Josh Cote who has a particular interest in The British Red Cross through his business ventures was thrilled to take part in the event which raised over GBP23,000 for the charity. 'It was a great day! Spending the morning out in the English country side, lessons and education from professional instructors and raising money for a fantastic charity - a brilliant event' comments Josh Cote.

Josh Cote who lives in London's city centre travelled to Pangbourne, located less than an hour outside of central London to the grounds at The Royal Berkshire Shooting School. The spectacular countryside boasts over 150 traps replicating high pheasants, driven grouse and coveys of partridges. 'Since expanding my business to the UK I have spent a lot of time working in the city, I've really appreciated getting out into the country to soak up the environment' adds Josh Cote. The morning's clay shoot was followed by a 3 course lunch by renowned chef Mike Robinson.

Clay pigeon shooting has become a popular sport in the United Kingdom; it consists of shooting at flying targets known as clay pigeons with a shotgun. The Royal Berkshire Shooting School has seen a growing interest in corporate and charity events taking part in the sport. Josh Cote agrees it's a fantastic location to host networking conventions, team-building activities or charity events.

Josh Cote is an advocate for providing opportunity through entrepreneurship and personal development, participating in an event that encouraged learning a new skill while raising awareness of one of his favourite charities was something he was keen to take part in. Josh Cote has assisted with the development of outsourced sales business in the UK since expanding his business to London in 2007.

Dylan Williams who established The Royal Berkshire Shooting School in 1991 is eager to hold another event for The British Red Cross in September 2012. Josh Cote and business partners look forward to next year's event.
