Archival Designs sponsors the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) upcoming Georgia event, "Increasing Profits through Cost-Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies with Roger Fiehn."

SUWANEE, GA, January 20, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Luxury home plan designer Archival Designs (http://www.archivaldesigns.com/) announces today that they are a proud sponsor of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) upcoming Georgia event, "Increasing Profits through Cost-Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies with Roger Fiehn."

Scheduled for January 24th, 2012 in Tucker, GA at The Housing Center, this seven-hour NAHB class is designed to teach local home builders and remodelers how to create a cost-effective and powerful marketing strategy to attract qualified buyers in 2012. Some of the key issues to be discussed include:

1. How to identify the most qualified potential buyer for your services using low/ no cost sales and marketing research.
2. How to use your local HBA and NAHB resources to market yourself and services.
3. How to leverage media to promote your business at little/ no cost.
4. Using networking to cost effectively attract qualified potential buyer.

Created to disprove the myth that marketing is a black hole that builders and remodelers just pour their money into, this course will unveil various best practices successful companies use to get the most bang for their buck from their sales and marketing efforts. Owners will learn the marketing and sales tools needed to out-perform the competition through good times and bad.

Archival Designs President and Owner, JoAnne Loftus, is excited to be speaking at the upcoming event. She says, "As a member and supporter of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, I am glad to have Archival Designs sponsoring an event that is designed to help local members grow their businesses, especially after holding on through the tough market of the last few years." JoAnne Loftus will be taking about the growing demand Archival Designs have seen for luxury home designs and how "living large" is gaining momentum once again in the US.

"There is still a demand for high-end home design plans," says JoAnne Loftus, "which means that there are big projects coming for the builders and remodelers who know how to get the clients."

Senior Principal Instructor of NAHB educational courses Roger Fiehn will facilitate this class. Roger is a Sales, Marketing & Business Management Specialist and a FELLOW of NAHB's University of Housing College of Fellows.
