2012 JDR Industry Blogger Award Winners Announced

    SAN DIEGO, CA, April 19, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jackson Design and Remodeling (JDR) is proud to announce the winners of the 2012 Design & Remodeling Industry Blogger Awards. The third-annual blog competition featured 29 of the best blogs in the industry across five categories. After thousands of votes, the winners are:

Construction Business: Building Blox
Remodeling: 7th House on the Left
Green: Build Direct Green Blog
Architecture: 2Modern

For the construction industry, Building Blox really is doing some great things and it's great to see them get acknowledged. And finally the Build Direct Green Blog won this year. The "Green" category is new, we just added it last year, and it had more nominees than any of the other categories, it was extremely tough competition. Just looking at this list, we're really proud of the voters and agree that this year's winners are definitely the best of the best."

The goal of the JDR Blogger Awards is to bring additional recognition to the work of the best blogs in the business, while supporting JDR's efforts to promote the professionalism of the remodeling industry and inspire clients with the latest trends in home design. The winning blogs receive a $500 cash prize and a "JDR Blogger Awards Winner" badge to display on their blog.
