Cambridge Who's Who Honors Mildred M. Mannion for Excellence in Legal Nurse Consulting

    Salem, MA, April 25, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mildred M. Mannion, RN,BSN,CNOR, CLNC, Nurse reviewer and owner of M3 Legal Nurse Consulting has been recognized as VIP Member of Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in the legal nurse profession.

Ms. Mannion is an expert in the areas of cardiothoracic, trauma and vascular surgery and had worked in the field of nursing for over 27 years. Combining her love of nursing and her passion for the law, she has served as a nurse reviewer in the Greater Boston area for over 5 years. She dedicates most of her time to reviewing medical records for cases that are being investigated for medical malpractice. Ms. Mannion has worked at Lahey Clinic Medical Center for over 25 years and at Salem Hospital for two years. Ms. Mannion was employed with Lubin and Meyer PC for one year and currently is consulting on a part time basis for Meehan Boyle Black and Bogdanow of Boston.

Attributing her success to her passion for nursing as well as her continued concern for the safety of her patients, Ms. Mannion states that the highlight of her career came in 2008 when she presented her first national paper at a conference in Las Vegas hosted by the Vickie Milazzo Institute on "Documentation in the O.R. Record". Since then she has served as a guest speaker at this conference yearly and was recently asked to join the teaching faculty for the Vickie Milazzo Institute in late 2011.

Ms. Mannion earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College in 1985. She is also a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and a member of AORN. In the next year, Ms. Mannion hopes to grow her business and establish herself as an expert in the legal nurse consulting arena.
