Fleming's Fundamentals of Law Bar Review and Law School Solutions - Live, DVD, CD and Online Presentations Since 1982

Fleming's Fundamentals of Law announces its new Advanced Analysis For The CA Bar Essay Exam.

LAKE FOREST, CA, May 17, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Fleming's Advanced Analysis For The CA Bar Essay Exam is an online, multi-media approach to learning, designed to distill each bar exam subject into individual, one-hour video presentations that enhance memory retention and information recall under the stress of the bar examination.

The Advanced Analysis bar review course is designed to join legal knowledge with exam execution. Those who are already enrolled in a traditional bar review can use it to condense and refine what they have learned elsewhere. It can also be used as a consolidated bar review by those wanting to target specific subject areas in a fully integrated program.

In each one-hour video presentation, Professor Fleming begins by introducing each subject from a "big picture" perspective. This technique provides a roadmap for subject navigation through established sets of checklists and approaches that are easy to learn and use. Professor Fleming then supplements the "big picture" by showing the particular connecting parts arising from the "big picture." This combination triggers the ability to retain knowledge and use it in a stress-driven environment. A step-by-step subject guide to issue spotting is included, demonstrating how issues in legal essay exams actually reveal themselves.

Each Advanced Analysis subject includes easy-to-use color subject and crossover charts that correspond to the slide presentations in each video. Three practice exams with model answers are included. The first two exams allow participants to practice the Advanced Analysis method. Participants may then write an answer for the third exam and submit it to Fleming's team of attorneys for a CD audio evaluation, according to Bar Examination standards.

Certain Advanced Analysis subjects are combined into one video, illustrating how those subjects are jointly tested. For example, Remedies is presented as part of the Torts video, demonstrating how the Bar Examiners combine subject matter in crossover formats.

The online, e-learning delivery platform, designed for The ADVANCED ANALYSIS FOR THE CA BAR ESSAY EXAMTM, allows 24/7 study flexibility. Bar candidates may order the entire collection or purchase individual subjects from the course topics.
