In charge of cooking the lavish six-course meal will be Bali-based Phil Davenport, Dorin Schuster, Stefan Zijta and Will Meyrick, with Singapore chefs Ryan Clift and Janice Wong also contributing.

Throughout the evening, live musical entertainment will be provided by KU DE TA's resident all-star DJs and the popular Australian dance band Tijuana Cartel.

A charity auction will also be taking place to round off the night, with all proceeds going to I'm An Angel, a Bali-based not-for-profit foundation that develops schemes to empower impoverished rural communities.

Tickets for the event are limited in quantity and can be purchased for 1.8 million rupiah (GBP121.60).
