Dr. Christine Yonker's interest in dentistry began after she started to pursue a degree in engineering from Purdue University. Throughout college she worked as a Nursing Assistant, which allowed her to realize that her passion was in healthcare, rather than engineering. After changing her focus to dentistry, Dr. Yonker attended Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she received her dental degree. While at Indiana University School of Dentistry, Dr. Yonker was recognized for high clinical achievement and selected to represent IU in the ADA/DENTSPLY Student Clinician Program for her research on periodontal inflammation.

Additionally, Dr. Christine Yonker, dentist in 60614, served as an instructor for the prosthodontics technique lab. After graduating from dental school, she has worked in a prosthodontics office learning many special techniques for both planning and executing dental treatment for patients with more complex dental needs.
