Revolutionary ESP Selection Tool Refined

Email marketing vendor ClickMail Marketing improves Espinator ESP Selection Tool.

Released last year as the first online tool of its kind, the Espinator finally offered marketers a vendor-agnostic, independent method for choosing from the nation's best email services. Now ClickMail has refined the tool further, based on user feedback over the past year.

The email marketing vendor also added questions based on user feedback, including a question about budget to filter out ESPs that are cost prohibitive. ClickMail also refined the tool by altering the filters to better meet user needs. For example, the email marketing vendor changed the software to remove ESPs that don't offer relational databases if a user deems that capability is an important criteria.

Other questions were removed or combined all in response to user needs and feedback in order to improve the ESP selection tool.
