German Shepherd Breeder I-Guard International Ramps Up Breeding Program to Meet Increased Demand of German Shepherd Puppies

I-Guard International is expecting three German Shepherd puppy litters for the holidays and two additional litters in early 2013.

OTIS ORCHARDS, WA, December 04, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- German Shepherd puppy breeder and German Shepherd importer, I-Guard International is ramping up their nationally recognized breeding program to meet the increased demand of top quality German Shepherd puppies in the United States. I-Guard International expects three more litters to be available just in time for the holidays and two more litters are expected in early 2013.

I-Guard has imported top quality German Shepherd dogs from Germany to add to their nationally award winning breeding program based out of Otis Orchards, Washington, just outside of Spokane. By bringing these dogs to the United States, I-Guard is able to carry on top notch blood lines and guarantee the health of the new puppies for distribution to approved new owner's homes across the country.

Deborah Norton who recently moved to Idaho from Brunswick, Georgia, is a testimony to the quality of dogs that I-Guard produces. She said, "Our vet gave Ruger a thorough going over trying to find something wrong as most of the time there is in so many German Shepherd Dogs. She finally announced him perfect as he should be and asked a lot of questions about I-Guard International. She was impressed with their results."

I-Guard International strongly supports and practices responsible breeding and discourages "backyard breeding" which doesn't facilitate the necessary tests that should be completed before a dog is added to a breeding program. I-Guard International completes an array of tests before deciding a dog is suitable to be bred, including x-rays on hips and elbows to help reduce the spreading hip dysplasia and ensuring the dog's health. Degenerative myelopathy test is also performed on each breeding dog.

"We are excited to be bringing new, top quality blood lines to our I-Guard International breeding program and the United States. We want to see the German Shepherd breed prosper and this is how we are taking our program to the next level," stated I-Guard's Co-Owner, Jacqueline Lungu.
