Enid Guerra Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Marketing

Ms. Guerra manages the accounts of Wrigley, a leading confections manufacturer



    SAN JUAN, PR, May 11, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Enid Guerra, Marketing Manager of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in marketing.

Ms. Guerra has 14 years of experience in marketing, having recently become a marketing Manager of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. His/her areas of expertise include project management, creating an impact on business efficiency. In the course of her duties, she is responsible for serving as a marketing manager, handling new business development, planning and launching events, and creating marketing strategies; In addition, she oversees the performance and development of products and works with logistics and portfolios. Ms. Guerra is skilled at forecasting products, working with and overseeing the sales force, and pricing products for profitability.

Ms. Guerra has been in marketing and project management for more than 14 years. She started her career working with Kraft Foods in Puerto Rico as a senior brand manager for the Nabisco division, a trade marketing manager, and with Philip Morris as an associate product manager. She is currently the marketing manager for Wrigley's, whose world-famous brands include Extra, Orbit, Doublemint and five chewing gums, as well as confectionery brands such as Skittles, Starburst, Altoids and Life Savers. It has operations in approximately 50 countries and distribution in more than 180 countries. Ms. Guerra excels in project management, and impacting business efficiency. She has also been a marketing consultant for the specialty coffee industry at Barista EspressoBar LLC since 2006, which has all specialty coffees, specialty sandwiches and salads, and has led national competitors in specialty coffee. She is looking forward to continued professional growth and expansion in the future. She attributes her success to her strong drive, sense of urgency, bountiful amount of energy, ability to never give up, and ability to set and achieve goals. She became involved in her profession because she has always worked in marketing, and has a passion for the industry. She has worked with Kraft and Nabisco in various positions for many years.

Ms. Guerra received a Bachelor of Science in business administration and marketing from the College of Business Administration at the University of Florida. She is a member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and children, reading, cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her family. In years to come, Ms. Guerra wishes to lead a company of her own.
