He attributes his success to having a solid understanding of both customer and industry needs and drive to achieve company target goals.

Mr. Griffin started his company Griffin Electronics Marketing, LLC in January 2013. His new company offers consulting, marketing, and representative services to the semiconductor industry. His primary supplier is Sigurd, Taiwan. Griffin's five year plan is to continue to expand customer, supplier and employee base and have his company on finacially solid ground.

Mr. Griffin received a bachelor's degree in business administration with emphasis in markeing and a minor in computer science from California State University, Chico (1989). His hobbies are golf, billards and travel.
