Associated Asset Management Promotes Vicki Sears to Oversee Transfers, Disclosures, CLDP and Community Services

Vicki Sears accepts promotion to oversee Transfers, Disclosures, CLDP, and Customer Services.

Sears' background includes nearly 24 years in management positions related to homeowner association management. She is also the recipient of the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers specializing in community association management, the PCAM and AMS designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI) as well as a CAAM designation through the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). With AAM for over fifteen years, Sears started with the company as a community manager. She also worked as a document preparation specialist, on site community manager, training manager and area manager where she mentored, trained and supported community managers.
