Functional Dental Occlusion Course Just Announced

The basics of "form and function" occlusion will be taught by former Vice President of LVI and features exceptional hands-on training opportunities.

SEATTLE, WA, July 08, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A 2-day hands-on course entitled "Understanding Practical, Predictable Occlusion" will present the value of Neuromuscular concepts, techniques, and an understanding of a physiologic system. These teachings provide an eye-opening experience in understanding a homeostatic occlusion that is typically not taught in dental school. Without a "physiologic" occlusal relationship, clinicians often lose the ability to comprehensively diagnose and plan effective treatment.

Of key importance in the success of every major dental procedure, establishing a physiologic foundation is essential for any clinician involved in cosmetics, TMD, and orthodontics.

Offered at the Aurum Classic Dental Lab in Toronto, Canada, this course will teach the dentist hands-on use of ultra-low frequency TENS to establish an optimal occlusion that is based on measurable science, objectivity, and proven techniques. Dental professionals are invited to attend November 22-23, 2013. Early-bird tuition discounts are available for registrations until August 30, and attendance is restricted to 20 attendees.
