Mr. Peters has 40 years of experience in management consulting, with 10 years as president of the Maintenance Excellence Institute. His area of expertise is improving product operations excellence. His day-to-day responsibilities include helping people improve maintenance processes, planning schedules and overseeing reliability and productivity of labor and material resources. When he is not working hard on his business, Mr. Peters enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, gardening, landscaping, going to the beach, hunting, fishing and traveling. In five years, Mr. Peters plans to be continuing with public workshops and building his portfolio in order to sell the business to his youngest son.
