Rebecca Niemeyer Rens Inducted into Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Concrete Contracting Services

Ms. Niemeyer Rens has more than two decades of experience in her profession, with 12 years in her current position with Rens Concrete Inc., a 20-year-old concrete paving company in northwest Iowa. Her area of expertise is business management and, on a daily basis, she handles finance management, estimating and project scheduling. Ms. Niemeyer Rens also manages personnel records and company marketing.

Prior to joining Rens Concrete, she was employed for two year as Marketing Assistant at Roll Aide Extenders Inc. From 1987 - 1991, she served as Assistant Director of Development at Dordt College.

Ms. Niemeyer Rens received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Dordt College in 1987. Active in the professional community, she is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and has served on several charitable organization committees.

The keys to her success in the concrete sector, says Ms. Niemeyer Rens, are her strong work ethic and her excellent team of employees and professional associates. She traces her involvement in her profession to her early exposure to the industry and her previous work experiences.
