Pardee Homes Captures Best Project Award at 2013 Icon Awards; Alta Del Mar in Coastal North San Diego County Named Best Project of the Year

    SAN DIEGO, CA, October 04, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pardee Homes' took the spotlight at the fourth annual BIA Icon Awards on September 21s, recognizing the industry's most outstanding builder, trade and design professionals in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial Counties. Pardee Homes earned four awards, all for Alta Del Mar, including the award for Best Detached Project of the Year.

Alta Del Mar, an enclave of luxury homes and custom homesites in coastal North San Diego County, was also the Icon Award winner for Best Landscape Design; Best Architecture Design of a Single Family Home over 3,000 square feet; and Best Interior Design of a Single Family Home $30 per square foot and above, all for Estate Home Three.
