With three decades of experience in communications and 16 years as director of customer operations for Pac-West Telecomm, Inc., Mrs. Tutt has honed her customer service and delivery skills in order to effectively direct the department. She handles all overall office manager and customer support areas and has specialized training in total quality skill management and process mapping and management. Additionally, she is certified to facilitate Kaset's Achieving Excellent Customer Relations training program and holds a University of Pacific Management certification, Six Sigma Certification, call center manager certification, and Franklin Covey's Four Roles of Leadership certification.

She started as a repair clerk in 1984 and has worked her way up all along. In the course of her daily duties, she is responsible for leadership, direction and monitoring the daily operations of the service delivery and billing specialists. She is also responsible for managing all aspects of customer support once a potential lead has been closed into a sale, including, but not limited to, order entry, billing inquiries, and up selling opportunities. She provides support, guidance, supervision, and mentoring to all service delivery specialists, and manages customer and carrier complaints and escalations.

Mrs. Tutt attributes her success to paying attention to detail and her customer service skills. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University at Chico and enjoys spending time with her family, Country western dancing and traveling. In five years, Mrs. Tutt intends to experience continued growth.
