Grace H. Park Showcases Professional Accomplishments through Worldwide Branding

Working with the senior population, Dr. Park is constantly looking for innovative practices to improve the level of care provided to help them remain independent and in charge of their own health. Possessing many years of experience and a background in family medicine, she strives to integrate new technology and community health services into her practice, ultimately overcoming the myriad systemic challenges faced by seniors with a range of conditions. Having devoted the time to learn the health care system and acquired the skills necessary to engage with various sectors of the industry, she coordinates with groups of physicians to provide seniors and others confined to their home with the highest level of quality care possible.

In addition to her work with Fraser Health, Dr. Park also runs a private family practice in Surrey. With nearly 30 years of diverse experience to her credit, she attributes much of her career success to the time she's been able to spend with patients, listening to them and taking their concerns into consideration. In dealing with seniors, she looks to address the issues specifically affecting this population by increasing the amount of services available to them.

Dr. Park earned an Executive MBA in health care and a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia, as well as an MD from the University of Calgary. A dedicated servant of the profession, she received a Friend of the Foundation Award for medical leadership in the community and an Above and Beyond Award for an innovation model for CPOD patients from Fraser Health. Looking ahead toward the future, she intends to remain involved in senior health care and work toward the goal of improving services delivered.
