Intelligize Names Todd Hicks as Chief Executive Officer

Todd Hicks joined Intelligize in August 2010 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing to develop the company's go-to-market strategy and to accelerate its revenue growth. As the company's Chief Executive Officer, Hicks will drive overall company strategy to ensure the growth of the business, its competitive advantage and its value to the market. With his new senior management team in place, Hicks' will spearhead the company's vision of delivering the most trusted solution developed for securities research professionals.

Phil Brown has worked with Intelligize since 2010 as a strategic advisor. Joining the team as the new Chief Strategy Officer, Brown is responsible for all aspects of product strategy, quality, and management across the company's product suite. With over 20 years of experience in the legal and business information industry, he brings an extensive knowledge of SEC filings, processes and regulatory framework to Intelligize. A pioneer in the development of electronic document retrieval, he provides Intelligize with strategic guidance on product development and further enhances the company's customer focus. Brown is the former CEO and co-founder of Global Securities Information (GSI). Under his leadership, GSI introduced Livedgar which became the leading SEC research platform in the marketplace. GSI was acquired by Thomson Reuters in July of 2005.

Joanne Ferrara joined Intelligize in January 2014 and is the company's Vice President of Marketing. Bringing more than 15 years of strategic marketing experience to Intelligize, she is responsible for the company's marketing strategy and for developing programs that will create interest, demand and recognition for Intelligize and its product suite. Ferrara was previously the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing at FalconStor Software, Inc., a data protection and storage software provider.
