The two day "Organizational Change for ITSM" course provides the foundational knowledge and tools required for success. This course helps students understand why people resist change and recognize and manage the symptoms of change resistance. In addition, students will create an organizational change plan as part of the course so they are encouraged to come prepared to share their challenges and experience as change leaders.
