Firm Solution's Manager Given Patriot Award
Dani Brennan, a manager at Firm Solutions, received an award for the dedicated support she offered serviceman Captain Thomas Hoskins during his deployment.

The Patriot Award recognizes outstanding civilian support for servicemen and women and is awarded by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). The Department of Defense agency "seeks to promote a culture in which all American employers support and value the military service of their employees."
Dani Brennan was nominated for the prestigious award by Captain Thomas Hoskins of the National Guard. Captain Hoskins was hired as an employee at Tampa staffing company Firm Solutions before he was deployed to Afghanistan. During his deployment, Firm Solutions retained his position and continued his benefits while Ms. Brennan and her team kept in contact and informed him about events within the company.
The award ceremony took place on January 28th, 2014. ESGR Area 7 Chair Bud Wallen awarded Ms. Brennan with a Department of Defense Certificate of Appreciation and a lapel pin.
