Kickstarter Project Promises to Change the Way You Pack for a Trip

    BEND, OR, July 26, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A new company in outdoor gear is changing the way that adventurers pack. Gobi Gear, based in Bend, Oregon, just launched their next version of the Hoboroll, the first stuff sack that provides compression of items as well as multiple storage compartments to stay organized on the go. The company is utilizing Kickstarter to raise funds for product production, and has already surpassed its $30,000 goal within the first two weeks of going live.

"The support of the Hoboroll has been outstanding thus far," says Chez Brungraber, founder of the Hoboroll. "People are excited that there's finally a durable and light-weight stuff sack that will allow them to stay organized on the go, while also keeping all their essential items in easy reach."

While the foundation of Hoboroll's design stays intact, like its signature five internal compartments, we've made some fantastic updates, which we think everyone will love. The Hoboroll is made of ultra-light 30D siliconized nylon fabric, making it 57% lighter than the average bag. The anodized aluminum slider buckles are rust-resistant, ultra-strong yet still light weight, allowing owners to compress contents to save space. A "secret" pocket inside helps protect smaller items like keys, ID cards or valuables, while the drawstring provides a tight seal so items won't fall out.

Brungraber created the Hoboroll after experiencing years of frustration with previous bags while traveling. She hopes that with Kickstarter she will be able to bring the updated Hoboroll to even more adventurers than ever before to help them travel better.
