He began exclusively engaging in civil lawsuits in 2003 and continues to reside in Miami with his wife and daughter.

Fuchsberg Law Center. Admitted to practice in a multitude of locations, from the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida to the United States Supreme Court, he has been inducted into the Worldwide Registry for his achievements.
