To ensure that all team members properly adhere to company safety policies, the Orlando AC repair business has put one of their veterans in a foreman-type position. Monthly meetings are held to discuss areas of improvement and to collaborate on new training opportunities. The moment employees began working for the company, they must undergo an extensive eight-hour orientation program called Ferran's Safety Program and Policies, and every technician is responsible for applying what they learn in the course while working in the field.
Regular reviews are put in place to assess adherence to the policies developed by the company's Safety Director, which include fall protection, hazmat and confined space procedures, among others.
