DesktopIP Corporation and ESPRIT DATA Limited Enter Into a Joint Venture Agreement for International Network Operations

    TYSONS CORNER, VA, September 25, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ESPRIT DATA Limited and DesktopIP Corporation have entered into an agreement in relation to joint network operations. They have agreed to form a new entity to be called OPCO Limited.

OPCO's primary purpose will be to assure the operational integrity of the Virtual Computer as a Service ("VCaaS") system and defend the network against outside attacks. OPCO network security experts will be on duty 24 hours a day. Monitoring the operation of the entire VCaaS worldwide will allow OPCO Network Operations Centers to respond to problems before most users even notice.

DesktopIP and ESPRIT DATA will both market the VCaaS system into the worldwide market. Walt Anderson, the President of ESPRIT DATA, who worked with DesktopIP to plan this operational joint venture said: "The formation of OPCO will enhance the value of both partners activities. Combining our worldwide network operations will help ESPRIT DATA to provide exceptional service to our customers."

The VCaaS system has high level encryption and stores user data files in 3 geographically diverse locations. User activities within their Virtual Desktop are completely private and are not accessible to anyone outside their organization. The system is designed so that even the VCaaS developers are not able to access encrypted data files or see the user's private desktop.

The VCaaS system is designed to transparently replace traditional Client/Server systems. The VCaaS system is also lower in cost than traditional computer systems and takes less management time to maintain. The VCaaS system requires no capital investment to implement.

At the core of the VCaaS network are newly developed proprietary software applications developed by DesktopIP, which provide virtualization and virtual desktop capabilities.
