Basit Hussain Recognized for Excellence in Security

    MANCHESTER, ENGLAND, October 03, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Basit Hussain, the Operations Director of MAK Integrated Services LTD, has been recognized by Worldwide Branding for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in his profession.

With a decade of industry experience, Mr. Hussain has shown outstanding skills in staff management, sales and human resources. His numerous duties in his current role of three years include overseeing operations of the company, which includes 80 staff members, and as many as 10 direct reports and maintaining relationships with existing clients. He is also acquiring new clients, prioritizing difficult and demanding workloads, delegating work, and liaising with the current clients as well as potential clients. Further, he is invoicing clients, creating rosters and assignment instructions, assessing risks, handling office manager duties, and controlling budgets. He is arranging paperwork and technology-based processes to improve productivity, and preparing and successfully completing audits and accreditations, such as SIA, ISO 9001:2008 and Safe Contractor. Finally, he is delivering door supervision, security guarding and physical intervention up-skilling courses to a level two standard.

In the future, Mr. Hussain hopes to help make MAK Integrated Services one of the largest security services providers in the United Kingdom. He has been successful because of his life experience, as well as his dedication to providing excellent customer service. He is known as a person who takes complete responsibility and brings about positive results. He became involved in his profession while pursuing a career as a mechanical design engineer, earning a bachelor's degree in Product Design and Technology at The University of Manchester. He became exposed to security and was quickly promoted in the field.

Mr. Hussain is also a Qualified Security Teacher Level III and has won many industry awards: the Level III Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector, Level II Award in Conflict Management, and Level III Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training, all from the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance.
