About the RAII & Whitney Keaton (RAIIWK)
Raphael "RAII" Smith & Whitney Keaton, together known as (RAII & WK), are not your typical recording artists. Although many young entertainers write, perform and sing; very few have had the opportunity to do so while sharing some of the world's biggest stages with some of music's biggest stars like Estelle, Chrisette Michelle, Rita Ora, Alicia Keys...and their significant other.

Beginning in 2012, RAII joined Whitney Keaton as a member of the Alicia Keys band. Together, the husband and wife team joined Alicia as her sole supporting vocalists. In the process of their touring, each is finding time to work on their respective solo careers. They are currently writing and recording original music for various upcoming projects and are excited to share their music with the world. Check out their first release, "No Worries (Step Clap)" from their upcoming studio album "A Time For Everything." To learn more about RAII and Whitney, visit http://www.raiiwk.com.

About Children of Promise, NYC
Children of Promise, NYC (CPNYC) is a community based, non-profit organization, in Bedford-Stuyvesant (Bed Stuy) Brooklyn, whose mission is to embrace the children of incarcerated parents and empower them to break the cycle of intergenerational involvement in the criminal justice system. CPNYC offers an innovative and unique after-school program and summer day camp, the only one of its kind in New York City, specifically designed to meet the needs, interests and concerns of children left behind by parents serving time in prison. CPNYC understands that the cycle of intergenerational involvement in the criminal justice system can be broken if social, economic and educational inequities are addressed. The organization addresses the de-stigmatization of parental incarceration, creating an environment that is tailored specifically to the needs of inner-city youth.

CPNYC offers children of prisoners the opportunity to explore new educational opportunities, express themselves creatively and emotionally, build meaningful relationships and gain new experiences. Children are empowered to speak openly about their family histories and their feelings of angry, sorrow and frustration. CPNYC programs help children to feel safe, nurtured and accepted in a strength-based environment that fosters positive development and successful outcomes. CPNYC recognizes that the strength and resilience of our young people is best measured through their growing belief in the possibilities of their own promise.
