Mark Systems Announces Sales Integration for Residential Home Builder Software

HOLLY, NJ, December 16, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mark Systems, the residential construction industry's leading provider of single-database ERP home builder software, officially announced today the release of an open API (Application Programming Interface) for integration with virtually any third party software requiring sales and prospect information.

Prompted by customer requests for an easy integration into third party email management and lead generation products, this new API will allow home builders using Mark Systems Integrated Homebuilder Management System (IHMS) to pull information from their IHMS database in a secure, automated way for use in their current customer relationship management (CRM) software. In addition, the REST-based API allows information to be updated back into their IHMS database from the CRM software.

Mark Systems is offering this enhancement to their customers under current Software Maintenance contracts at no additional charge, in conformance with the company's policy.

While the API is available to any customer using any CRM software, Lasso Data Systems is the first to offer it as an option to their customer base. Lasso specializes in sales and marketing software for home builders and real estate developers.

The announcement comes on the heels of the publication of over 580 separate enhancements to IHMS home builder software in 2014, including user-configurable Dashboards, a Design Center Selection portal, and DocuSign Integration.
