With huge expansion ideas in the pipeline, the conference was also a great opportunity for DK Connect to gain new information and strategies to bring back to Belfast and put into action.

DK Connect recently revealed that they have generated 297,375 new customers in 2014 for one of major clients, which is amazing news for the growing firm. As well as this, one of the firm's newest clients was able to benefit from GBP39,240 in revenue, despite the firm only working with them in the last 10 weeks of 2014. DK Connect warrants this success to a simple principle stated at the conference by an industry expert guest speaker in his key note speech "To keep long-term customers is all about staying in contact and making them feel special. TV adverts and billboards don't generate that feel good factor that is the difference with face to face". A keynote speaker at the event is one of London's leading female entrepreneurs in the industry also went on to explains why this is, "As communication is made up of 3 components 7% words 58% Body language and 25% tone of voice."

Industry expert Ryan Tracy then explained how the size of the foundations a business has will determine how big it can grow. The 4 main points that he made on what it takes to develop a business:

1. Having a system in place.
- Any company that wants to grow has a system in place, as do footballers, Singers and teachers or anyone that want to succeed in their particular field.
2. Taking victory in the little things
- When you get excited about hitting the little goals set in place the overall score will take care of itself.
3. The greatest student seeks out the wisest masters.
- You have to put your ego in your pocket and ask the questions.
4. Develop your energy
- Get with the people who have already done what you want to do.

The most important information that DK Connect received at the Dublin Conference was about personal development, which stated that in order to succeed professionals must "Walk and talk in the part that they want to be in not the part they are in now".

To do this, business professionals must:

1. Educate Themselves not just on the information that they are given but the information they are going out and getting through the likes of youtube, books, and the people they are going out of their way to speak to.
2. Building professional relationships.
3. Doing more than anyone else.
4. Breaking out of your comfort zones.
5. Creating competition. People should always compete with those who are just above them.

The key is for professionals to be vocal about what they want to know and asking all the questions they need the answers to.

As one of the guest speakers concluded during the one day conference in Dublin "you need to develop you attitude like a muscle and it will get stronger. It takes development don't just expect it to happen. This is how you build on all of this information".
