Oracle 19 Year Vet Joins The Sales Conservatory

Dr. Thomas Tonkin Becomes a Principal of The Sales Conservatory

    DENVER, CO, February 24, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Sales Conservatory, a provider of sales performance services, is proud to announce and welcome Dr. Thomas Tonkin as Principal out of the Denver office.

Dr. Tonkin joins the The Sales Conservatory team from Oracle Corporation where he most recently served as Senior Director in the Oracle Sales Academy leading the Sales Performance team. "I am truly excited about the future of the Sales Conservatory and its customers. With these unique approaches, we will provide increased sales performance through innovative and proven methods," says Tonkin. Dr. Tonkin spent the last 19 years at Oracle Corporations in various capacities where he was part of teams that introduced Oracle to solution selling in the late 90's, value selling in the early 2000's as well as insight selling. Dr. Tonkin also assisted in architecting large sales on-boarding curriculum and sales executive training and development programs.

Throughout his career at Oracle, Dr. Tonkin served as a consulting and pre-sales leader as well as executive sponsor to some large customers, keeping him in touch with customer needs as well as providing a perspective on what sales professional needed to best assist customers in achieving their goals.
