    MINNEAPOLIS, MN, March 24, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- On March 19, 2015, a former employee of HMSHost Corporation and Host International, Inc. (collectively, "Defendants") filed a lawsuit in the District of Minnesota seeking unpaid wages. She brought the case on behalf of all servers and bartenders employed in the past three years in restaurants at the Minneapolis-St. Paul and Hubert Humphrey airports. The complaint alleges that Defendants failed to pay servers and bartenders the required minimum wage, overtime, and/or straight time pay for all of their hours worked. Specifically, the complaint alleges that Defendants regularly required these employees to work through their meal breaks and did not pay them for them.

HMSHost Corporation, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Defendant Host International, Inc., is a manager of dining venues, with more than 300 international, regional, and proprietary brands in its restaurant portfolio. It creates dining for travel venues, operating in 113 airports around the world, including Minneapolis Saint Paul International and Hubert H. Humphrey Terminals in Minnesota.
