Mr. Armstrong has more than 30 years of professional experience, having served for the past two years as a vice president of marketing for Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Canada) Ltd. He also oversees product management, leasing, marketing, communications, bid desk and pricing responsibility for all hardware products. He is also responsible for building third-party relationships that benefit the company.

He has a proven track record for delivering above average growth and profit results in start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. Looking back, Mr. Armstrong attributes his success to his passion for motivating and guiding people, as well as knowing his limitations and complementing them through others' strengths. After receiving an MBA, Mr. Armstrong began working in sales for Xerox, where he gained experience in business equipment. He enjoyed the field, which led him to obtain his current position.

Mr. Armstrong received an MBA in Marketing, Policy and Control Systems at the Ivey Business School in 1975 and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and history from Yale University in 1973. He is a member of the Canadian Marketing Association. In the coming years, Mr. Armstrong plans to develop teams and maximize their skill sets, and provide one-on-one impact branch management training.
