Brian D. Rogers Honored for 21 Years of Excellence Practicing Law

He teaches each year at the Trial Skills Clinic at the University of Georgia and the Keissler-Eddison program at Emory.

    ATLANTA, GA, May 01, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brian D. Rogers, Partner with Fried Rogers Goldberg LLC, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence practicing law.

Mr. Rogers is a third-generation lawyer who has focused his practice on representing catastrophically injured victims in the areas of trucking litigation, vehicular collisions, Dram Shop cases and DUI civil claims.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia, Mr. Rogers earned a Juris Doctor from the Vanderbilt University School of Law. He continued his legal training at the National College of Advocacy and the Ultimate Trial College in Washington, D.C. Mr. Rogers is a P.O.S.T. (Peace Officer Standards and Training) Certified Guest Lecturer for Commercial Motor Vehicle Collisions and Law, and holds a Class "A" Commercial Driver's License.

Mr. Rogers is a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Governors for the State Bar of Georgia, the American Association for Justice, Immediate Past President for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. He is also a Master of the Lamar Inn of Court, as well as a member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including one of the "14 Under 40" (2006), Rising Stars (2005-2008), Super Lawyers (2008-2015), and has been recognized in the Top 100 of Georgia Super Lawyers (2011-2014).

When not serving his clients in the courtroom, Mr. Rogers performs community service, is a member of the board of directors for Roadsafe America, is past chair of the board of directors of the Civil Justice PAC Inc., serves on the state council of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (for which he is chair of leadership), and is a Trustee serving on the Auxiliary and Advisory boards for the Shepherd Spinal and Brain Injury Center.

He teaches each year at the Trial Skills Clinic at the University of Georgia and the Keissler-Eddison program at Emory, has presented at numerous legal conferences, and was published in Verdict on multiple occasions.
