American Kono Group Responds to Newspaper Questions and Urges Public Comments and Investments

Recently AKG accepted a newspaper's written interview addressing a group of questions in relation to the Historical Kono Building Project AKG just launched one week ago. The Kono Building was constructed in 1963 and started operations in 1965. It was used for decades as government offices for the federal government serving the entire State of Montana. As a large project, there are many budgets and financial projections that are critical for a long-term success. There have been questions asked regarding the World Hongming Foundation, one of the Kono Building's tenants. The World Hongming Foundation is a tenant of the Kono Building. AKG is not at liberty to share any business information regarding another business. According to its website, the World Hongming Foundation is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization for both charitable and educational purposes worldwide which was launched in October 2002. In Billings the WHF hopes to bring more green efforts into the area with a tree planting program. The Foundation hopes to contribute to individual and community wellbeing, in addition to the Earth village. AKG was asked about the Colorado Tire Corporation ("CTC"). To be clear, these are two entirely different business entities. CTC is merely one of the shareholders of the Kono Building.

AKG welcomes any questions that the public may have. However, because the Kono Building is a private property, its tenants and shareholders are all private. Per federal law, it is not proper for AKG to share or comment on any confidential information, including, but not limited to, "how much", "who", "where", "how", etc., with the public. It must follow federal guidelines in terms of giving out information related to this property or any of the other private business entities who are in business with or reside in the Kono Building. It is very important to AKG that it follows the law and gives as much respect to the businesses involved as possible.

With that having been said, AKG would like to clarify the following to the public:

1. CTC is a well-known shareholder. There is accurate information on it that is publicly available on its official website at: www.cotire.com

2. According to the official website, CTC is an internationally oriented company with operations in different states and countries worldwide. Colorado Off-The-Road (OTR) tires have been extensively used for all kinds of heavy equipment, such as dump trucks, articulated dump trucks, wheel loaders, dozers, scrapers, mobile cranes, reach stackers, oil rigs, forklifts, etc., in various countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa for over a decade. To date, Colorado, as a world-famous OTR tire brand, is one of the front 3 runners in the industry as far as actual performance hours among all OTR tire brands in the world.

3. There may have been conflicting news reporting on CTC in the past, but CTC's official website information is accurate. Often times the danger in third party news reporting is that it can be either wrong, based on mistaken information, or the reporter's personal opinion. AKG is seeking to avoid these issues by communicating with any news agency directly.

4. AKG is not in a position to answer business questions for any other entity, private or non-profit.

AKG appreciates its investors' support. As a private business, they are constantly striving to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all of its investors, including both existing and future investors.
