City Business Solutions look at results from a survey conducted by the St Gallen Symposium and market research company GfK Verein of the Leaders of Tomorrow. The study collected their results from a group of more than 1,000 top university students and graduates under the age of 35. Looking at the research, findings concluded that priorities for a graduate looking to start their career after university rested in finding work that had a positive effect on society (46%) and achieving a high salary ranked second. Only 14% rated seeking a new venture as important. Additionally, a lower figure of 3% of people seeking a position of power over others was reported. City Business Solutions were pleased by the findings that becoming an entrepreneur is seen as the "gold standard" for millennials. Although according to the authors of the report, young people are quite happy to work in a traditional company for a few years while they learn the business skills needed to start out on their own, it seems.

At the top of the list was being small-minded, second was egotistical, conceited and arrogant. In third place was that they overestimate the value of seniority and undervalue the younger generation.
