26th Annual Kids Auction & Gala Benefits Oxnard, Port Hueneme Boys & Girls Clubs

Auction is the Club's largest fundraiser and draws more than 300 attendees



    OXNARD, CA, October 29, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Oxnard and Port Hueneme hosts its 26th Annual Donald K. Facciano Kids Auction & Gala 5:30 - 10 p.m., Nov. 14 at the Residence Inn by Marriott Hotel, 2101 W. Vineyard Ave., Oxnard. The event is the organization's largest fundraiser. All proceeds help fund programs at the 18 Boys & Girls Clubs sites within Oxnard and Port Hueneme, which serve more than 9,200 youth. Last year, more than 320 attendees helped the club raise $354, 600, and organizers aim to raise more this year.

The evening will include a gourmet dinner, cocktails and wine, along with silent and live auctions. The live auction is conducted by entertaining auctioneer Jim Jungers. Auction items include vacations to Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Ireland, Lake Louise Canada, Taos, Oregon as well as a Nascar VIP suite experience, A VIP experience to Churchill Downs, a Mac iPad, A full Orthodontic Case and Lasik Eye Surgery.

Alexander Buick-GMC-Cadillac is the presenting sponsor of this year's auction. Other major sponsors include Southern California Edison, S.L.
