North American Company Acquires New Zealand SAP Solutions Partner, Enprise Software

(www.projectline.ca), announced today that it has acquired the SAP software solutions division of Enprise Group Limited, based in Auckland, New Zealand. The existing team will operate as Enprise Software Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProjectLine.

An SAP gold partner, building applications that increase the power and functionality of SAP Business One, Enprise has a strong global customer base. The acquisition will bring local channel sales support and expanded product development and support to North America. The existing Enprise products and teams will be retained, ensuring continuity of customer service and ongoing projects, with enhanced support coming from staff based in time zones that span Canada and the USA.
