Artist Ben Ruppel Releases New Album "Haunted Patterns"

    ORANGE, CA, January 04, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ben Ruppel's music has changed a lot since he started making it. What began as a project at an apartment in 2005 became an obsession for Ben. "I remember when I used to use just a Roland TR 505, an acoustic guitar, and a midi sequencing program on my computer. Then, in 2010, I went to turntables, and now things have come full circle." Ben has spent countless hours perfecting his craft and now has something new to give the world. "My new album, 'Haunted Patterns', is currently available only on benruppel.com."

So how does Ben make his music these days? "I use the Apple Software 'Logic'. I use a midi keyboard and hardware instruments as well. Mainly I use the software though and find loops and samples to use."

What makes this album different from Ben Ruppel's other albums is on "Haunted Patterns", he's the one doing the vocals. "Yeah, a lot of people probably don't know I can rap, and just think I'm a beat maker. Ever since I got turntables in 2010, I have rapped, just now I know how to use production software and stuff so it sounds better. The main difference in this album is it's more of a trap album."

Why is Ben so lax when it comes to people buying the album? "Well, to not go into too much detail, music is a numbers game. My numbers are super low. So, people just listening to it helps me kind of too."
