Career Step Releases New Video Detailing Referral Program Benefits

Referral program provides quick, easy and rewarding way to encourage enrollment in Career Step's vocational training programs.

PROVO, UT, January 15, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Career Step, an online provider of career-focused education and corporate training, has released a new video highlighting how its referral program rewards the enthusiasm of those who spread the word about Career Step's affordable, flexible career education.

"Education opens the door to countless possibilities," said Vonda Andrews, Career Step Referral Program Manager. "As our students improve their lives, they want to share that excitement and opportunity with their friends and family. This video will help them and others understand how to actively use the referral program and receive incentives for sharing the gift of education."

The two-minute video begins with the stories of three women who found new professional futures as a result of a Career Step education. To help more people like them improve their career opportunities, Career Step describes how its nationwide network of referrers shares information about its award-winning online career-training programs. The video then details how the referral program works, its benefits and its process to reward the referrer.

The Career Step Referral Program applies to enrollments in any of its career-focused programs, including medical coding and billing, medical transcription and pharmacy technician. Anyone can sign up to be a referrer, and this video aims to spread the word about both the referral program and Career Step's life-changing educational opportunities.

To help their referrers increase success, Career Step provides a number of resources, including a dedicated referral blog and Facebook page filled with advice, ideas and updates regarding the program. It also features success stories from referral program participants like Career Step graduate Shelby Inman, who said she was so excited about Career Step that she began telling everyone she knew about it. Her enthusiasm led to as many as six enrollments in one month.

"I wanted to help others be able to work at home so they could enjoy their time as stay-at-home mothers, choose their schedules . . . and be able to be home when their husbands were home," Inman said. "I also loved the fact that not only does Career Step help you find a job after your schooling but that they have chats with potential employers while you're still taking your classes. All of the girls I helped enroll saw the potential in those reasons and are just as excited as I am about training with Career Step. Of course, it doesn't hurt to help others enroll while getting paid cash during school as well!"
