Los Angeles based modern alternative rock band Them Howling Bones Release Dolores, An Eclectic New EP

    LOS ANGELES, CA, February 17, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Them Howling Bones is excited to release Dolores, its latest EP and a fantastic example of the alternative, modern rock band's unyielding dedication to craft true musical experiences for fans. Dolores doesn't fall into any specific musical style or genre; rather it's a unique collection of songs the band loved creating and was proud to record.

Some of the songs featured on this unique EP were part of the band for a long time, while others were written in the studio in the moment. Tracks were recorded in Bamboo Recording Studio in Torrance, CA, with production by owner Drew Berlin. Drew is not only well known for his masterful production work with many well know musicians, great gear and vintage guitar business but he also toured with Little Richard in the late 70's. The EP was engineered by Barry Conley who has an engineering clientele from George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Miles Davis, B.B. King and many more. The studio was used as the control room, and Drew Berlin's home was the site for recording the tracks producing a live sound that the band desired.

Dolores was mastered by Perry Margouleff at the famous Pie Studios in Glen Cove, New York.

Dolores is released on all music formats, including digital, CD, vinyl, and cassette to provide fans every listening option and something to 'Howl" about.

The members of Them Howling Bones are not resting on the excellence of Dolores. When they are not touring, they in the studio recording a full length album. They are doing it "old school" by recording using an analog tape machine through an analog mixing board to give their fans the warm, punchier sound of tape. The results are already exceeding the band's expectations and hope to release the new album in the summer of 2016.

Them Howling Bones are a Los Angeles based band with Midwestern roots creating a spectrum of modern rock, alternative, and rockabilly.

The four members consist of Armando Lopez Jr. (Bass), Mark Fallavollita (Drums), Mitch Micoley (guitar), Pedro Torres (vocals).
