Upon reflecting on a rewarding career, Mr. Noto attributes his success to enjoying his work. He became involved in his profession because he always had an interest in law, political science and public speaking. Law seemed very appealing and provided an opportunity for him to pursue all of his interests. He subsequently decided to go to law school and pursue a career in the field.

Mr. Noto received a Master of Arts in History from Iona College, where he graduated with honors in 2011. Prior to this, he earned a JD from Western New England College School of Law in 1980 and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington College in 1977. He maintains affiliation with the Westchester County Bar Association and the Mamaroneck Harrison Larchmont Bar Association. In recognition of his hard work and dedication, Mr. Noto has been named as one of the Top Attorneys in the New York Metro Area as judged by NY Metro Super Lawyers Magazine from 2011-2015.
