Mr. Smith brings 33 years of experience to his role as an attorney of David D. Smith, P.C. Throughout his career, he has set himself apart through his work in civil and criminal trial practice, as well as his work in criminal defense and personal injury. He became involved in his profession because he felt that lawyers were well respected. It was a service profession and he was able to work for himself.

Mr. Smith received a JD from The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1982. He is a member of the faculty of The National Judicial College and the faculty of the Trial Lawyers College, and he is affiliated with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Oklahoma Bar Association. In years to come, Mr. Smith intends to continue serving the people in his community.
