The company is targeting to raise up to US$12,000,000 to for the international expansion of Sportho all-rounds sports medical care centers with state-of-the-science medical care, based on in-house developed multidisciplinary medical cure and care programs, scalable worldwide within all care systems.

After years of research, Mr. Patrick Deckers and Mr. Ruud Gransier developed a unique, evidence-based multidisciplinary sports and medical program which is scalable worldwide within regular and private care systems.

This leads to a renewed and innovative approach for athletes/patients, centralizing and actually integrating existing medical care (i.e. orthopedics, cardiology, hand/wrist surgery, general surgery, sports medicine, physical therapy, osteopathy, podo-therapy, dietary programs, mental coaching and leisure).

The subject of the project is a three-stage launch of state-of-the-art, multi-disciplinary, sports medical centers with multiple sports medical satellite centers across The Netherlands, Euregion and Europe.

The medical center(s) offer(s) state-of-the-science (sports) medical care (e.g. orthopedics, cardiology, hand surgery, general surgery, sports medicine, physical therapy, osteopathy, podo-therapy, etc.) for pro athletes, all amateur athletes as well as, recreational athletes. In other words: "All athletes are potential patients and all patients are potential athletes".

The Market:

In a timeframe of less than a year we expanded rapidly from 2 to 15 employees and from 1 to 3 medical satellite centers.

Due to the current situation and high demand in our region and nationwide, there is the necessity of quick expansion with the regional clinic (phase 1).

Due to high demand in the Netherlands and Euregion and our demographic localization we not only adhere to the Dutch population, but also Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.

Therefore we need to respond with extra medical care centers national and abroad e.g. Germany.
Marketing:

Our main venues of advertisement will include online ads, flyers, local posters, billboard advertisements, and by word-of-mouth. Direct contact with potential customers is vital for a loyal consumer base.

Financial Plan:

The financing is needed for investments in the take-over of the shares of the existing medical care center(s) and the expansion investment costs of the centers with the SPORTHO Multidisciplinary Medical Care systems.

Total investment amount is: $12 million US Dollar.

Specified as follows:

2016-2017: taking over the First Clinic, Sportho activities and take over and founding multiple satellite centers in the region southern Netherlands: US $ 6 million.

2018- 2020: seed capital for founding or taking over a second clinic: US $ 6 million

Sales/Turnaround are secured by the care payments of the care insurance companies in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Management:

Mr. Patrick Deckers has twelve years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon and medical center manager. For five years he was a staff member of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the University Hospital of Maastricht and for 7 years he has been a staff member and currently financial manager of the Department of Orthopedic surgery of The Zuyderland Hospital, currently the second largest hospital in The Netherlands.

He is, together with Mr. Ruud Gransier, owner and managing-director of Sportho BV, a fast growing medical center, currently on the threshold of larger expansions.

Mr. Ruud Gransier is a medical doctor, exercise physiologist and biomechanical expert and has been doing research for more than fifteen years in the field of sports medical and orthopedic topics.
