Chicago State University Student's Research on Urban Crime and Police Transparency Spawns Bluetooth Solution

    CHICAGO, IL, May 19, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A Chicago based startup, Functional Mobilewear LLC, (FMW) is working with a group of students from Chicago State University to help find solutions to inner city crime and police transparency problems using mobile technologies.
