Ms. Vital is the founding attorney of Vital Law Office & Dispute Resolution Services, a trusted law firm located in Chattanooga, Tenn. In 1989, Ms. Vital graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee. She went on to receive a JD, with honors, from the same school in 1992. Ms. Vital has been admitted to practice in the states of Georgia and Tennessee, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court, the eastern and northern districts of the U.S. District Court, and the 6th and 11th circuits of the U.S. Court of Appeals. Prior to founding her own law firm and working in private practice, Ms. Vital advanced from law clerk to associate attorney at the firm of Lusk, Carter & McGhehey.

An active member of her professional community, Ms. Vital has served as external legal counsel for the Tennessee Lottery Corporation since 2009, a protection from harm mediator for the State of Tennessee Division of Mental Retardation Services since 2006, and chair of the advisory board of ProLex, LLC since 2004. She has held several leadership positions in the legal community over the course of her career, and is an esteemed presenter in her field.
