Women of Distinction Magazine Selects Gloria J. Besley as a Distinguished Professional in Her Field

Besley, IRS Enrolled Agent/Tax Accountant, Licensed Public Accountant, and Real Estate Broker Owner of Regency Crest Realty, Inc., has been recognized as a Distinguished Professional in her field through Women of Distinction Magazine. Gloria J. Besley was recently featured in a 2016 edition of the Women of Distinction Magazine.

Working full-time with no plans to retire just yet, Gloria J. Besley juggles a very busy schedule as an IRS Enrolled Agent/Tax Accountant, Licensed Public Accountant, and Real Estate Broker Owner of Regency Crest Realty, Inc. Offering her services as Chief Executive Officer, Trainer, and Marketing Consultant for her business, Besley provides one-on-one consulting to clients, performing all engagements for IRS audit representation. As an Enrolled Agent, she holds the highest level of tax audit representation to the IRS, and as a Licensed Public Accountant, she is licensed to practice throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Besley is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Pennsylvania and Georgia.

"While working full-time as a medical technician and raising two small children, I enrolled in a real estate class, passed the exam, and began working as a real estate agent at night and on weekends," Besley said about how she got started in real estate. "My career in real estate took off and I was able to go back to school full-time to pursue a career in business."

Enjoying the many benefits of working in business, accounting, taxes, and real estate, Besley has also provided free workshops for churches and non-profit organizations. She teaches credit management, credit repair, homeownership planning, budgeting, and mortgage foreclosure prevention, and provides short sale assistance as an alternative to foreclosure. Besley is current active as a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB) and SBA Community outreach forums.

Besley previously held the title of Executive Director for the Florida Coalition of Housing and Economic Development, National Secretary for the NAREB, Instructor for real estate pre-license courses at the Community College of Allegheny County, Realty World Franchise Owner, and as an Affordable Housing Consultant working with two developers, McCormack Barron and Telesis, Inc.
