How To Get Muscle Knots Out Of The Spinal Column Muscles

A Very Special Gift to Mankind

FAIRFIELD, CA, January 09, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Please share this with everyone you know and ask them to do the same. Read all of it before proceeding.

I've spent 2 years trying to get healthcare to talk to me regarding my cure to chronic muscular back pain and muscular problems with little success. I have written many articles on LinkedIn which you would receive several of them if you connect with me on either the name Theresa L. Brumfield, or my therapy name "The Perfect Back".

The Perfect Back therapy focuses on getting muscle knots out of 2 types of muscles, our aging muscles and our spinal muscles. I need healthcare to help me with the aging muscles because the cost of shipping my kits are not practical especially considering this therapy needs to be world-wide. And you can learn about the aging muscles by connecting with me. The spinal muscles, however, only require an $8 dollar exercise block. So in an effort to prove my therapy works, I decided to give this tremendous gift to mankind.

So before I give you the process, I need to first explain what is happening by doing The Perfect Back therapy. The Perfect Back uses the body's own electric system to get the knots out. And it requires a stimulus. The exercise block acts as this stimulus. It also requires a static hold in a relaxed state for the muscle to release the knot. Only muscle knots are effected by doing this therapy, however, if a muscle knot is applying pressure to a bone, you will note a release of that pressure.

The exercise block that works best has the dimensions of 9" long x 5 1/2" wide x 3" deep. It is probable that a very large person may need a deeper block.

Getting the muscle knots out of the spinal and para-spinal muscles has a profound effect and shouldn't be overused. Do the therapy no more than once per week or only as needed. As your body learns the process, the body's electric system will perform more and more efficiently. What will begin as 2 minute intervals can take seconds after a couple of years.

Use this therapy for all vertebras from thoracic on down, which is a total of 26 vertebras. That means there are a total of 25 vertebra muscles, one in between each and every vertebra. Cervical muscles are handled in a different way.

So, lie flat on your back, and place the block under you. Bend your knees and use your feet to raise your hips up while leaning on the back of your shoulders. Begin at the bottom and work your way up. The bottom being the middle of your butt because the tail-bone is part of the spinal column. And muscle knots can form there as well as higher up. Position the block lengthwise and centered in the middle of one's back and put your full weight on it. There is no real wrong way to place the block, where ever it is it will be fine. Once the block is placed, straighten the legs which create the tension in the muscle. What is actually happening when you straighten your legs is that it creates a gravitational pull. And your upper body can lean back to create a gravity pull as well, so that both ends of the block can work for you at the same time. And you can get a greater effect on the upper body by raising your arms over your head. Doing the therapy the first time you may not notice this. Once the legs are straight, focus on relaxed breathing with deep breaths. Being relaxed is critical. If you have trouble being relaxed, just lie flat and focus on that one activity before inserting the block. A static hold of 90 seconds to 2 minutes per vertebra before moving the block in half inch increments up the spine. You will move the block's location by bending your knees and using your feet to lift your hips up so the block can be moved to the next location. Once you've moved the block's location, it is essential to straighten the legs or the therapy will not work. So you are always going back and forth from bent legs to move the block and straight legs and static hold to release the muscle knots. Eventually you will be able to slowly mold around the block, but that might take a few sessions before that happens. Make sure you stop before you get to the cervical muscles (neck). Most people will get to their problematic locations before doing each and every muscle, so you are not required to do all 25. In fact, a little muscle knots are good for you, knots can provide strength. Think of it this way, you have layers of muscle knots, and it is best that not all layers be removed. However, if you find something isn't right, go back because you may have skipped passed a muscle knot, it is easy to move the block too far and skip an important spot. It is better to take your time. When you feel you have completed the process, you simply barrel roll to the side and off the block. This particular exercise will give you the feeling of being like a spaghetti noodle. So refrain from exercise or lifting anything for 2 days after doing this process. As your body gets used to it, you can switch to 1 day, or even approximately 12 hours. I do NOT recommend doing the therapy and immediately doing sports or some other activity. I say this because some athletes get a chiropractic adjustment and then immediately perform. But that is not best here. The best time to do the therapy is just before bed which then allows a relaxed period of time before you need to use your body again.

Do not do the therapy if you have a broken back, you must heal from that before attempting.

I know this may seem intimidating, but I assure you that over time you will find this very easy.

If you have any questions at all, email me at [email protected].

This singular aspect of The Perfect Back therapy will eventually take the place of one's chiropractor. Happy muscles, means happy bones. I apologize to chiropractors for being replaced by an exercise block.

The other aspects of The Perfect Back therapy is just as remarkable if not more so and it is even easier to do, but it requires healthcare, so therefore it is essential that people ask their health provider to provide this. Plenty of people will need more than just their spinals muscles released. People with really bad chronic pain has problems in the aging muscles.

You may even need to get government representatives to help get healthcare to provide the therapy. And it may take effort to make this happen as singularly I haven't been able to do it on my own, but with a large group of people asking for this therapy, there can be success. I am confident that there will be a day when everyone can be pain free from muscular problems.

At this time, I'm not giving any information on releasing muscle knots out of the neck because neck issues are commonly caused by bad knees. And once you release the neck muscle knots, your body will go with a different game plan, and that game plan will be to effect the aging muscles even more. So once healthcare is taking care of people's aging muscles, then the neck portion of the therapy can be released.

I have spent many years and lots of money trying to get to this point in time, it would mean a great deal to me if people who use my therapy could give a monetary gift to me at my PO Box address below.

If that is not possible, then please consider paying it forward. It would mean a lot to me if people could be better to one another. We are all the human race, and that makes us all brothers and sisters to one another, yet you'd never know that at this point in time. I have seen people act horribly especially in 2015 & 2016, that has to stop. Our world is heading in a direction that we can't return from if we continue on that course. We just to have to decide that we are going to be kind, kind to our neighbors, kind to our co-workers, kind to our employees, kind to everyone we meet. It is a choice. Please make the right choice, for a better future.
Sincerely,

Theresa L. Brumfield
